Precision Impressions for Custom Audio and Communication Products

TIGRIS provides professional physical ear impressions for customers ordering custom in-ear monitors, communication devices, hearing products, or other custom-fit equipment from an outside manufacturer. TIGRIS is an Ultimate Ears provider. We can complete the required impressions, help customers select the appropriate Ultimate Ears product, submit the order, and coordinate the fitting process from start to finish.

Each fitting is completed according to the receiving manufacturer’s impression requirements whenever those specifications are provided. Completed impressions can be released to the customer or prepared for delivery to the selected manufacturer.

TIGRIS can also digitally scan and retain the impression data, creating a reusable fit record for compatible future products.

The $75 price covers professional ear impressions only. Ultimate Ears products, outside-manufacturer fees, and shipping are purchased separately. Customers using another manufacturer are responsible for confirming that third-party impressions are accepted and providing any required fitting instructions.
