TIGRIS PRO IMPULSE is built for environments where sudden impact noise demands protection while communication and environmental awareness still matter.

Your physical ear impressions are digitally scanned and designed in 3Shape. A precision production mold is then printed in-house, and the finished plugs are cast in soft, medical-grade Biopor silicone and hand-finished around the DECi variable attenuation impulse filter.

The DECi filter is designed to increase attenuation as surrounding impulse noise rises. This makes it especially useful around gunfire, nail guns, riveting, drop hammers, and other sharp impact sounds while allowing greater awareness between noise events.

Your digital fit is retained by TIGRIS, making future replacements and compatible products easier to produce without repeating the entire fitting process.
