Your physical ear impressions are digitally scanned and designed in 3Shape. Each pair is then manufactured in-house using soft, medical-grade silicone and hand-finished around a passive acoustic filter.

Unlike solid hearing protection, the filtered design allows more environmental sound and conversation to remain audible while reducing overall noise exposure. The custom fit provides a secure, repeatable seal without the pressure points, loosening, or constant readjustment common with generic reusable plugs.

Your digital fit is retained by TIGRIS, making future replacements and compatible products easier to produce without repeating the entire fitting process.
