Custom Device Sleeves

TIGRIS LYNX creates a precision connection between your existing electronic device and your ears.

Your physical ear impressions are digitally scanned and designed in 3Shape around both your anatomy and the compatible device interface. A precision production mold is then printed in-house, and the finished sleeves are cast in soft, medical-grade Biopor silicone and hand-finished for a secure, comfortable fit.

Unlike generic device tips, LYNX sleeves are shaped specifically for your ears. They help improve stability, comfort, and consistent device placement during extended wear.

LYNX compatibility and final pricing are device-specific because each device can require different design, testing, and production work. Contact TIGRIS before ordering if your device is not already listed as compatible.

Your digital fit is retained by TIGRIS, making future replacements and compatible products easier to produce without repeating the entire fitting process.
