Your physical ear impressions are digitally scanned and designed in 3Shape. Each pair is then manufactured in-house using soft, medical-grade silicone and hand-finished for a secure, repeatable seal that remains comfortable during extended wear.

Unlike disposable foam plugs and generic reusable protection, CORE STANDARD is made for your ears. It stays securely in place without the pressure points, loosening, or constant readjustment common with off-the-shelf products.

Your digital fit is retained by TIGRIS, making future replacements and compatible products easier to produce without starting the entire fitting process again.
