Our Process
Impressions
We need you to leave a lasting impression. We do this by inspecting the general health of your ears and injecting a soft silicone material that hardens in your ears. After about 10 minutes, we have an exact impression of your ears.
Manufacturing
After your impressions are digitally scanned in, powerful CAD software is used to shape your impression into whatever product you ordered. Then it is 3d printed and finished in the lab.
Hand Finishing
Even though we rely heavily on technology, we still spend a significant amount of time hand finishing your plugs. This involves filter placement, smoothing, adding a clear coat and preparing them for quality inspection and shipping.
Delivery
After about 4-6 weeks, you will have your new, custom to you, molded hearing protection. You will immediately notice the craftsmanship in our products. Once you put them in, you will be blown away. We guarantee it.
